One staff-facing chat surface (Carcin) on top. Underneath: a series of customized agents tailored to your stack, running daily. A human strategist setting the play. The Repo is yours from the moment of creation, source code, prompts, skills, memory, configurations.
Before we go deeper, here's how we use a few words. The proposal makes more sense once we share the vocabulary. The Repo contains everything else; the rest are the components inside it.
The May 2024–May 2025 CRO audit gave us ground truth on every layer of Renoun's stack. The findings aren't six unrelated bugs, they're symptoms of a stack with no shared substrate. Klaviyo doesn't know what GA4 saw. Meta doesn't know which segments Klaviyo built. Shopify CRO experiments don't know what the giveaway list did. Each vendor reports its own dashboard. The audit identifies what's broken. The Repo operationalizes the fix, continuously, not once a year.
Cart → checkout drops 52.2%. Checkout → purchase drops 40.7%. Canada ATC → checkout is 9.6% (vs 21.9% global, suggesting a tax/shipping misconfig). Tablet CVR is 0.5%, Google Shopping spent on 861K tablet impressions and got 1 conversion. PMax leaks ~5.2% of sessions to non-US. Email opens 45.4% but CTR is 0.64%. SEO has 13% toxic backlinks across 469 referring domains. Each one of these has a vendor watching it. None of them agree.
Most playbooks treat "DTC" as one undifferentiated mass. A premium $1,000+ ski brand with 65% mobile traffic, 84% mobile purchases, an Octane quiz that converts at 1.47%, a TryOnSnow program, and seasonal revenue concentrated Oct–Feb shares almost nothing with a year-round Shopify SaaS or fashion brand. The weights are Renoun-specific, across paid, CRO, lifecycle, inventory, SEO, CX, finance, and social, and the off-the-shelf stacks don't know HDT/VibeStop, RenounPro, or that Endurance 88 is the top quiz-reserved item.
We've spent twenty years using hub & spoke to plan marketing and growth, one canonical source of truth, many channels radiating out from it. The same topology now organizes how AI agents access systems, data, and each other. We look for the pattern across every system you have, then route along the shortest path between any two endpoints, so a question that used to traverse four departments and three dashboards now hops once, on a need-to-know basis. Security, access, and role boundaries fall out of the topology, not on top of it.
These are the domains we operate most often, they cover the majority of SMB engagements. Every client also has systems unique to them: their own platforms, their own integrations, their own reporting needs. We add yours during intake and run them the same way. The framework doesn't care how many pillars you have.
Every candidate, an agent to deploy, a workflow to run, a marketing channel, an ops process, a financial KPI, an OKR, a dashboard cut, a data source, anything else you run, gets the same weighted priority score for your business. Same engine across every system in scope. The output is a deterministic ranked list. We work top-down.
Before any agent is deployed, you receive The Repo, the substrate, integrations, and Carcin briefing, plus the 12-month roadmap that runs inside it. Below is a preview. Every Renoun item below is informed by the May 2024–May 2025 CRO audit: discovery doesn't start from zero, it starts from there.
The audit identified the symptoms. The Repo runs the fix continuously. A customized stack of agents and workflows, ranked by ROI and sequenced by dependency. Paid + Shopify CRO + Programmatic ship first because they produce the fastest measurable wins.
The Repo is the substrate, the owned codebase, infrastructure, and integrations into every system that touches a Renoun customer (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, GA4, Stripe, Gorgias, manufacturing, fulfillment). On top of it sits Carcin, our staff-facing chat surface for daily briefings and ad-hoc queries. Underneath: a series of customized agents that run autonomously, with a human strategist setting the play and approving before anything ships. Cancel or scale back any agent at any time.

Carcin and the agent stack do the production. Three humans set the play, approve before anything ships, and own the outcome.
One ongoing retainer covers everything, building The Repo, running Carcin, deploying agents, iterating on prompts, executing workflows. The retainer ramps up as the agent stack comes online (M1-M4), peaks while it's tuned, then declines as the system matures and requires less hand-holding. Cancel or scale back any agent at any time. Hours saved, retainer reduced, AI/API spend lowered.
Renoun owns The Repo from the moment of creation. Source code, prompts, skills, memory, configurations, work-made-for-hire. Hardware (if local path) is Renoun's. Cloud accounts registered to and paid by Renoun directly. The retainer covers all of the work below, end to end, building, tuning, running, and iterating.

The whole point of The Repo is that it's yours. The whole point of the retainer is that it adjusts. Three guarantees keep both true, at any point in the engagement, you can pause work, scale it back, or walk away with everything we've built.
This is the test payload powering the rendered proposal. Edit the values, hit Apply, and the proposal re-renders against them. Used to validate that the document stays generic and templates cleanly across clients.
